Policies

Due to the customized nature of this product, and the time and shipping costs put into your product from the time it is ordered, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to making our customers happy, so please email us if you have any questions or concerns. 

All US shipping is included in your purchase. After you place your order, we will mail you a pre-addressed padded envelop and some tissue paper. Please individually wrap your medals to protect them during shipping. Place them in the padded envelope and mail them using the carrier of your choice. International orders will require additional shipping costs. Please email us before purchase if shipping will be international. 

Once your order is complete, we will mail you the finished product. Please keep in mind that there are three mailing times. The whole process from clicking the “Complete Order” button to putting a drink on your new coaster takes 3-4 weeks.
